Refund Policy

Both defective goods and goods without defects can be returned, and you may request an exchange. The request period lasts 30 days from delivery. Returns are limited to new, unused merchandise kept in original condition with its original packaging, labels, and included accessories.

You can apply because you changed your mind, prefer something else, or selected an unsuitable item. Damage, faults, a wrong delivery, missing components, and a substantial mismatch with the description are also covered. Supply the order reference, checkout email, and reason. Item and packaging photos or video are required for damage, defects, wrong items, or missing contents.

Do not mail a return without our authorization. Use the return label provided inside the package; it is free, and return shipment is by mail. There is no restocking charge. Exchange availability depends on inventory. Refund processing takes up to 10 days following approval, with funds returned through the original payment method.
