For physical goods ordered through this website, preparation normally requires about 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–5 business days. Processing and transportation are separate periods, and neither estimate promises a delivery date.

The checkout determines shipping charges and any free-shipping qualification for your order. Accurate address, email, and phone details are essential. Service may be limited by the item, delivery destination, or available carrier.

Look for tracking updates at the email used to order. A holiday, severe weather, an address problem, or a carrier disruption can extend the journey. Report late, missing, damaged, or marked-delivered parcels with the order number, checkout email, tracking reference, address, and supporting photos so that we can investigate with the carrier.
